Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is free forever: up to 3 team members, 2 collaborative workspaces and 250 cloud executions a month. No card needed to sign up.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Paid plans are priced per member of the organization. On Free, pending invites count toward the 3-member limit.
What counts as a cloud execution?
A request sent from the web app through Collapy’s cloud. Each send counts once for the organization that owns the workspace, and the count resets every month (UTC). The desktop app (coming soon) sends requests directly from your machine, so the monthly cap doesn’t block them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plan changes are handled by support for now — write to support@collapy.com. Self-service billing is coming.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing you already have is deleted. New additions — members, workspaces — are blocked until you upgrade or free up room. At the monthly cloud-execution limit, sending from the web app pauses until the next month. Stored history is a rolling window: the oldest entries are trimmed automatically, and sending is never blocked by it.
